Open Classes & Beginners Classes

Hatha Yoga classes in English and German held in "@peace", a health, wellness, therapeutic and meeting centre, located in the heart of Munich, 5 minutes walk from Sendlinger Tor. 

The classes are taught in small groups with 2 teachers for each session. This provides students with step by step demonstrations, maximum personal attention and hands-on corrections for improving alignment within postures. 

Each 90 minute session includes a combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and deep relaxation.

Open Classes are open to beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.

For those who have little or very limited experience of yoga, the Beginners Class provides you with step by step demonstrations of how to modify postures to enable you to gain the most from your yoga practice, regardless of physical condition and experience.
