Practicing Hatha Yoga has been one of the most remarkable experiences I have ever had. It is a healing process for both the body and the mind. It opens your heart and it shifts your perspective of life.
My yoga path began 14 years ago when I met Anna and Jürgen just by coincidence - or perhaps it was my Karma! I was fascinated by their way of teaching Hatha Yoga - very precise, very safe, very kind, very wise and always with a great focus on finding joy. As they have watched me grow and develop, I have also had the pleasure to watch them grow and develop as yoga teachers. They have created their own personal style of teaching, with so much passion and deep knowledge, always keeping in mind the different abilities of the students. It's no wonder that they have managed to build a yoga community where we can all share experiences and learn from each other.
The YTTC was a logical next step for me. It was an intense year of learning, focussing and letting go of old patterns, all while staying in the cosy and familiar residential setting at Seminarhaus Knaubenhof. I am grateful to Anna and Jürgen for being my teachers. I am grateful for their introduction to Saji, one of their own teachers in India - and I am grateful to experience this process of becoming a teacher, most of all - to have the opportunity to give something valuable back into this path.
