This workshop gives an introduction to Restorative Yoga, providing healing for both body and mind. Particularly useful for eliminating fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities, Restorative Yoga can also be beneficial in helping you to recover from illness and injury or overcome emotional depression and anxiety. Restorative Yoga uses a variety of props to support the body so that poses can be held for longer and unnecessary straining can be avoided by allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. This workshop will also include the practice of Pranayama and Meditation.
