Develop tranquility and peace through the practice of balance.
Through balance, we learn to align our body's center of gravity with the earth's gravitational field - positioning ourselves in physical equilibrium with nature. Requiring a sustained effort of alignment, strength and focus to center and recenter, it not only brings our physical body into balance, but also helps to harmonise our nervous system, thoughts, emotions, and inner consciousness. The workshop will include the practice of Pranayama (working with the breath) and meditation.
