Structure, Safety and Support for your Yoga Practice
This workshop introduces the use of the wall as an aid for your yoga practice. In the same way as our walls provide us with structure, safety and support in our daily living conditions, use of the wall in Yoga similarly provides us with;
structure to improve our alignment
safety to try new and/or challenging asanas
support for increased relaxation
When you are practicing alone with no one to adjust or guide you, a wall can be your best friend and teacher!
This workshop will also include the practice of Pranayama and Meditation
COST: 45 Euros
PLEASE NOTE: Due to current hygiene regulations, you are required to bring your own Yoga mat for practice
