This workshop focuses on the strengthening of our core. A strong core is vital for our stability and learning how to move actively from the core is essential for safe and effective movement in sports and daily physical activities. Core-strengthening not only focuses on abdominal muscles, but also the muscles in our spine, the hips and pelvis.
The workshop will include the practice of Pranayama (working with the breath) and meditation practice.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to current hygiene regulations, you are required to bring your own Yoga mat for practice
