SMALL GROUPS WITH TWO TEACHERS FOR MAXIMUM SUPPORT

All of our classes are team taught with two teachers in small groups to ensure that we can maximise individual attention for all of our students. 

A key element of our team teaching approach is on ensuring a safe and effective practice based on correct alignment through step-by-step visual demonstrations and instructions, adjustments and modifications based on individual need.  This ensures that regardless of physical condition and experience, you can gain the most from your practice.

An equally important aspect of our teaching is in creating an environment which enables a sense of playfulness and joy throughout the practice.

Our approach to yoga is based on the teachings and foundations of classical Hatha Yoga from its traditional roots in India combined with an understanding of its wider application to our modern lifestyles of today.

Based on traditional vedantic, tantric and yogic teachings in conjunction with an understanding of the contemporary science of physical and mental well being, we offer an integrated and holistic approach to Yoga which is based on a conscious practice, connecting phyiscal movement, breath and mind through asana, pranayama and meditation techniques.

PERSONALISED PROGRAMMES TAILORED TO MEET INDIVIDUAL NEEDS

Benefitting from our experience, training and understanding of applied antomy and physiology gained through the related disciplines of Yoga Therapy and physiotherapy, personalised yoga programmes and lifestyle plans can be designed for private individuals to assist in managing a number of different health conditions including back problems, stress, digestive disorders, breathing related conditions such as asthma and any existing injuries. 

Personalised programmes are developed together with you taking into account your current lifestyle, existing health conditions and concerns using an integrated approach of Yoga  and can include recommended Yoga practices, detoxifcation programmes, dietary advice and additional lifestyle counselling.
