An intensive weekend yoga retreat at the beautiful Seminarhaus Knaubenhof offering you the space and time to deepen and intensify your practice of Yoga.
Throughout this weekend, we will be exploring explore the true meaning of what light means in Yoga. In understanding the deeper significance of light, we learn how to bring light into darkness by harnessing our internal fire and reconnecting to our inner light.
