Intensify your practice of asana, pranayama and meditation

In this workshop, we will be working with you on a more extensive practice of asanas, pranayama and meditation. 

Rather than just a focus on more challenging and advanced practice, the Yoga Intensive workshop is an opportunity for each and every person to go deeper into their own practice irrespective of which level they are are practicing at, providing an opportunity to refine practice and alignment, an opportunity to practice with greater awareness and an opportunity to rise to new challenges and try new things.

The workshop will also include an extended practice of pranayama and meditation

PLEASE NOTE: 

• For hygiene purposes, we ask you to bring your own Yoga mat for practice.  Please also bring something to sit on - a block or a small cushion or blanket.
• Please bring your own cup - we will be as usual serving our home made Chai after class!
